I. Introduction


"Marketing Company in Dubai" Advertising and Event Management is pleased to submit this proposal to Opera Real Estate, for their requirement of:

1. POS material for brand awareness building for "product"
2. Media planning for one year for brand building for "product" and wedding cards
3. PR management for both "product" and the wedding cards

We are submitting this proposal based on the input received on the initial operational parameters of the required solution, during our discussions with the management. The scope of the project, deployment time frame, tentative project plan, as well as the investment summary will need to be further discussed before finalization.

We are very grateful for providing all the information regarding the proposed project and the valuable time spent in explaining the operational details of the company and assistance needed in visual communication areas.

A. "client" General Trading LLC awareness building exercise – aggressive marketing with aim to sell:

Media campaign –

1. Print Media – in classified and a few health related magazines. We provide free design if we release the ads. Control of branding is achieved, as well as lots of time savings having to deal with media from your office.

2. POS materials – we can provide you with display units, posters and danglers as needed. We do will design and produce a prototype and duplicate upon approval.

3. Radio bookings (we suggest 103.8 fm due to their seriousness and coverage) depend on needs and exposure frequency. A well designed campaign with medium exposure, i.e. 100 spots per month would cost about AED 30,000/ months, plus AED 3,500 for jingle (one voice).

4. PR campaign monthly – min. 6 months…………….. AED 7,000 /month retainer can work out a press release as well as some bookings in the Health Magazines, interviews in the local papers to increase brand awareness.

5. Marketing collateral material – folder with brochures in the pocket, 4 pages plus cover. Within 6 months, we suggest you consider a complete corporate profile printed on a good quality paper. This is your signature to the world, it is important to impress. A CD presentation will conclude a good corporate package. The website will follow along the same branding lines.

6. Website support and management – it is of crucial importance to have a very updated, catchy and user friendly website. In the age of internet, online information gathering is almost more important than the local newspaper media. It will undoubtedly bring you benefits to develop a database driven site, with weekly updates of available houses/apartments. The site should carry plenty of pictures and valuable description for people outside the country.

How will it serve us in marketing? Several ways:

- It will enable us to cross post banners to other associate’s sites
- It will enable us to run email marketing campaign through mailshots (this should be done on a monthly basis)
- It will enable us to collect database information and produce an e-newsletter, which we would run monthly.
- It will be a place to host the corporate e-brochure and other related e-shots or specials
- It will be the window to the world – a communication tool like no other available to your staff from other offices.

Option I – pay as you go, per design and consultancy, according to rate card agreed upon

Option II - AED 10,000 per month retainer payable upfront, covering:
- all designs for one product / month and follow up adaptation for second product.
- consultancy inclusive but not limited to research, site visits, documentation, ideas and brainstorming, as well as negotiating with supplier for execution
- product photography used in visuals (done inhouse), if models are used, third party charges apply
- maintenance of website portal, if programming required, outside charges apply
- press releases, one per product, per month
- includes one CD presentation template (execution will be charged per project length)
